What is data transfer?
Data transfer, also called file sharing, consists of methods to transfer digital files between two parties over the internet. Individual structures and access rights
You can create any folder structures you like, allowing you to map the structure of your organization and service landscape in the system. With individual access rights for individual folders, as well as for entire folder structures, you control exactly who sees what content, what rights they have in the system, and what actions they can perform.
Easy access via links
You can create links to content or folders at the press of a button. For example, an external photographer gets access to their own folder to upload their images for you. A department gives you a download link with the latest files. You can send links directly from the system via email and use permalinks to follow modifications within a folder.
Wide range of useful functions
myTRANSFER offers various functions designed to make it easier to manage and monitor delivered and shared files. You can track folders and files, and the system will automatically notify you when changes are made. A lightbox lets you easily assemble files for projects. You can mark and retrieve your favorites with a single click.
