For the sales team, the two price lists TheBottle (Wine) and easyDrink (Spirits) form the basis for daily customer interactions in the gastronomy and event sectors. Before introducing the system, up-to-date price lists were no longer available: customers had to be referred to the webshop, and price changes were difficult to implement. Today, the digital price list is a major advantage for Sales Managers. With the automated solution, a small team can now achieve in minutes what used to take weeks.

myPUBLISH seamlessly integrates modular software solutions, offering Feldschlösschen an intuitive publishing portal with excellent user-friendliness and minimal support needs.
Flexible Media Asset Management
With myASSETS, Feldschlösschen uses a highly flexible Digital Asset Management system. All images of offered beverages — such as product shots, packshots, and labels — are stored and managed centrally. Marketing teams can update or add new product images. The system automatically links content to product data in the PIM and prepares it for publication in the price lists.
Consistent Product Data and Price Lists
The product information management (PIM) system myCONTENT is connected to SAP via an interface and retrieves product information. New products or updates arrive daily, are enriched in the PIM, translated into three languages, and approved. Users also define the price list structure here: which assortments appear in which chapters and what templates are used.
Automated Price List Creation
With myCATALOG, Feldschlösschen creates all required price lists using predefined templates. Not only the name but also the content is set — including clearance sales or promotional lists. The system monitors correct page numbers and chapter placement. In the final layout planning, marketers visually check and edit layout and content before generating the price list at the push of a button.

Sustainable Development
Since 2009, Feldschlösschen has used a publishing system from n c ag to produce various price lists. When the Wine and Spirits division wanted to automate its previously manual process, it made sense to build on the existing solution. On one hand, myPUBLISH already included the necessary integration between PIM and SAP. On the other, myCATALOG offered a modern database publishing tool that perfectly met both process optimisation and design requirements.
In the first step, the wine list TheBottle was rebuilt from scratch with all required templates, categories, and automations. In the second step, it was adapted to the specific needs of easyDrink (Spirits) — implemented quickly and reliably with ongoing support and training from n c ag.
The system continues to evolve: every month brings new improvements and updates, such as coloured icons for product status or synchronised changes in layout planning. Major updates are also in progress — such as integrating the PIM with the webshop and rolling out the new solution to other departments still using the old publishing system.
