New management of n c ag

The Board of Directors of n c ag has appointed Irene Aeppli as the new CEO with effect from October 1. Andreas Nilitschka will continue to provide strategic support to the company in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Irene Aeppli, a publishing professional with more than 30 years of experience, succeeds Andreas Nilitschka. She has been with n c ag since 2001, most recently as a member of the Executive Board.

A trained typographer and typographic designer, she initially worked at n c ag as a project manager and also trained apprentices. Since 2018, she has been responsible for the consulting business and project management of software solutions and media services. Irene Aeppli and her team have been responsible for the success of n c ag’s projects and those of its customers for almost 20 years. During this time, she has developed an exceptional understanding of the company and its offerings as well as its customers and their needs. Since October 1, Irene Aeppli, together with Mike Spoerri, COO, and Manuel Ginesta, CIO, have formed the new Executive Board of n c ag.

After 40 years in which, as CEO, he has shaped the development of n c ag from a traditional lithography company into a modern service provider for the graphic arts industry, Andreas Nilitschka is now retiring from operational business. As Chairman of the Board of Directors, he will continue to be responsible for strategic development.
